From before I can even remember – probably when I had my first plate of my grandfather’s gnocchi around the age of 2 – I’ve loved food and cooking. I enjoy traveling in search of new culinary and cultural experiences, be it a ceremonial meal of goat in rural Turkey, or 3 am poutine on a Montreal snowbank in the middle of winter. Wherever I am, I try to take advantage of fresh ingredients to cook my way through the seasons, staying true to my Italian roots.
